Hi, I’m Julia Hicks — business owner of WNC Real Estate Photography and Diynamik. I don’t believe the outdated agency model works: you pay inflated fees, the agency skims off the VA’s pay, and you never build a direct relationship with the person doing the work — you build it with the agency.
